Les Huitres

Les Huitres..
Today after our coût et contrôle exam, Thi and I went to the old port to have lunch and relax a bit.. and for the first time we had huitres!!!
In the beginning we got very scared coz Thi Haos huitre was moving when she touched her!!!
So we thought she might still move in our mouth!!!

After first moments of scare it was actually pretty tasty!!!
It tastes like cucumber with salt!!!
It has a very refreshing taste but not really extraordinary and its consistency is not gellyish like I thought but more like the inside of cucumbers...

Would be a perfect thing to eat at the beach I can imagine!!!
