Since i am four months pregnant i spend a lot of time thinking about the baby that inshallah will come to us after just 5 months.
As you all probably know, i love sewing and also think it is the best way to save money and get exactly the things you imagined.
So here are some of the projects i plan to do when going back to germany. We plan to deliver the baby in germany and because of that ill fly back to germany in the beginning of may inshallah. so if everythings goes like planned i should have two months to realise these projects.
The first and for me most important project is a diaper bag. I don't want to invest big money in buying one and also i haven't yet founda diaper bag i liked. so ill make one myself inshallah!
Second project will be a baby blanket. If i don't get to realise this project it won't be very bad since i asked my grandmother to knit a baby blanket for us and she was more than happy to do so. she is now only waiting to hear about the gender so that she can start knitting.
A nursing cover is a very important and hopefully easy to make project. Like this you can nurse your baby where ever you are without compromising your modesty.
If i have extra time and energy - which i am actually doubting already now :) - i would like to sew a "plush pad" where i can change babies diapers on, be it at home or anywere outside.
Another of these "extra time" projects would be a car seat cover which is totally not needed but cute.
I am pretty sure that i won't be able to realise all these projects, but at least the diaper bag and the nursing cover are essential.
